Finding Peace in Chaos Academy

We specialize in guiding you to redefine chaos and reframe it within its rightful context. Our mission is to cultivate inner peace amidst life's tumult, and empower you to see life's challenges as catalysts for personal growth.

We offer 4 consecutive weekly classes via Zoom for $500.00 USD for individuals on a one-on-one basis and group settings where one can participate with students from around the world. Students must be 18 or older. All hours listed are U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST).

ONLINE CLASSES - All Sessions are 90-minutes each

Session 1: Learn to embrace your core values wholeheartedly, for they are the steadfast pillars upon which your peace of mind is built. Our beliefs in these values act as a compass, directing us toward choices and behaviors that resonate deeply with who are at our core.

Session 2: Understanding what chaos is verses what it is not and learn how to utilize a state of disorder or unpredictability to rise, rebuild, grow and create. Understanding the sources of chaos as a way to navigate through life's challenges and foster resilience.

Session 3: Anchor yourself, recharge your mind, body and spirit and set healthy boundaries, and engage in activities that nourish your being through practical tips and techniques for managing stress.

Session 4: Develop strategies' for building resilience and bouncing back from adversity by embracing a growth mindset, building healthy support networks, practicing self-compassion, cultivating flexibility and adaptability, and by engaging in meaningful purposeful experiences.
